For every service booked you will receive honest feedback afterwards on how it went. This will include pictures and videos, but most importantly, it will have relevant Information.
Initial Consultation
During our initial meeting, we'll have the opportunity to get to know each other and ensure compatibility. We’ll gather essential details about your pet(s) and the specific services required. It gives you a chance to ask questions too. Ideally this will occur at your home, but if preferred, we can grab a coffee and take a walk. Ensuring the well-being and comfort of your pet(s) is the priority so you will receive an honest assessment about suitability.
Dog Walking
We specialise in solo dog walking, which caters to the specific needs of that dog, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Overall, the goal is to provide personalised care and a positive walking experience for each dog. This can be extremely beneficial for puppies, older dogs, dogs with anxiety or minor injuries, reactive dogs, or dogs that do not like being walked in a group.
Dog Visits
Tailored to your dog’s specific needs, the comfort, safety, and well-being of the dog is the main priority. It can include feeding, a toilet break, play, attention and mental stimulation / enrichment.
Puppy Visits
With recent, first hand experience in raising a puppy, we know the joys and challenges involved, understanding how much time and effort is required in bringing them up properly. Whether your pup needs a visit for a toilet break / toilet training, a short break outside, other training, playtime, attention, mental enrichment, or anything else, this will be done correctly and safely.
Cat Visits / Cat Sitting
When visiting cats the care requested by the Guardian is provided in full, following all instructions. This would include feeding, refilling water bowls and cleaning litter boxes. Spending quality time with the cat is important , engaging in playtime (if they enjoy it) to ensure they receive plenty of attention. Collecting mail or any other household tasks can be requested.
Other Pet Visits
The tasks requested are carried out to ensure the well-being and comfort of the pet. This can typically involve feeding, refilling water bowls, cleaning litter boxes or cages and toilet breaks. They are given attention as instructed, always following the guidelines given.
